Orthodontic Front Office Assistant

Mortenson Orthodontics is currently looking for an outgoing, professional and detail oriented front desk assistant to join their friendly, fast paced practice. We have multiple east valley locations (Gilbert, San Tan Valley and East Mesa) so travel will be required. We are seeking someone with a minimum of one year orthodontic or dental front desk experience.

Other required skills include:

• Friendly, professional, self motivated·
• Knowledgeable on how to answer multi-line telephone system
• The ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Computer experience needed to schedule appointments
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• General accounting needed for posting daily payments and completing daily deposit

Salary: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
