RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach and lead hourly associates in individual and group settings
- Motivate and engage individual and team performance, achieving productivity and accuracy goals
- Use reporting and analytical tools to ensure productivity and accuracy goals are met
- Communicate ideas, suggestions, and concerns to Leadership team
- Demonstrate conflict avoidance and resolution techniques
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, training, and staffing utilization
- Lead, train, and manage the performance of the team, ensuring all accuracy and Units Per Hour (UPH) goals are met
- Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversity
- Work in a productive function as needed
- Assist in attending job fairs and with other workforce development projects
- Promote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the company
- Drive process improvements to support A&F’s growth strategies
- At least 1-2 years’ experience preferred
- Strong leadership style with a focus on team development
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Ability to use critical thinking to proactively identify and remove obstacles to success
- Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
