Role Responsibilities:

The landscape of home power sourcing in California has witnessed significant changes, with homeowners increasingly turning to backup battery solutions to complement their energy requirements. Some competitors have overlooked the importance of integrating batteries into residential solar installations, leaving homeowners vulnerable to incurring retail costs from utility companies. Voltaic Energy perceives this as an opportunity to raise industry standards and assist homeowners in addressing their power consumption patterns. Your primary responsibility will involve educating homeowners at their doorstep about the range of solar and battery solutions available and how they can benefit from incorporating them into their homes. By engaging with qualified homeowners at their residences, your role will be to raise awareness about the issue and present our solution, ultimately scheduling appointments for our Expert Consultants to guide them through the transition to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals who can:

  • Initiate sales consultations through door-to-door rapport-building.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up communication to nurture marketing pipelines.
  • Actively participate in team training sessions and meetings.
  • Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance objectives.


Role Requirements:

  • Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Flexible availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous).
  • Completion of relevant sales training programs.
  • Consistent performance in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
