We are looking for an experienced Business Manager who will be responsible for general bookkeeping, budgeting and statement preparation.

A Day in the Life of the Business Manager:

Our Business Manager is the primary person responsible for our Capital Fund and will be creating tracking depreciation, writing off fully depreciated assets. Our Business Manager also will process and reconcile all expenses for our Residential division including proofing the General Ledger for accuracy.

Our Business Manager also is responsible for researching and gathering all data necessary for creating a budget. This person will work in tandem with the Director of Financial Services and the rest of the finance department when needs should arise within the department (Payables, receivables, payroll).

The right person for this role will work in our finance department to ensure that the organization is financially healthy in order to provide the necessary level of services for the individuals we support.

Qualifications for the Job:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Two years of Accounting experience with at least one year of payable/receivable experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Previous experience with Abilia & MIP is a plus.

Schedule:

Full Time. 40 hours a week.
