Our specialties focus on the following areas of treatment: upper and lower respiratory care, wound and skin conditions, and topical pain management.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer service to patients and providers and protecting patient confidentiality.
- Answering telephones, correctly identifying and routing patient calls.
- Placing reminder calls to patients
- Operate cash register using POS system
- Filing, packaging and meeting fast-paced shipping deadlines
- Performing efficient computer data entry
- Occasional Deliveries of Prescriptions
- Maintaining a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supporting medication compounding activities.
- Preparing reports by collecting and summarizing information.
- Contributing to team effort and willingness to be flexible to support dynamic needs of a growing company.
- High School Diploma or GED Certification
- Must have a valid Drivers License with no restrictions
- Personal vehicle with vehicle insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly and positive
- Ease in using technology for communication, record keeping and management of data
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to become licensed and certified as an Oregon Pharmacy Technician within 90-days
- Must be able to meet physical demands of job, which can include light lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
- Candidates must undergo a background and DMV check and drug screen.
- Must provide references and work history.
- Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 9am -- 6:00 pm
- No nights or weekends
- Mileage reimbursement paid at current IRS Standard Reimbursement rate
