Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist residents with ADLs, passing food trays, ect
• Report directly to Charge Nurse, ADON and DON
• Finish all charting in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have an active STNA License in the state of OH
