A strong candidate can provide personalized, neighborly service to help find the solutions the neighbor needs. A strong candidate is reliable, could handle a high volume of contacts, is engaging, a great listener, and can multi-task. While this is an entry level position a High School Diploma or GED is required. A strong candidate has 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
