Job Summary
We are seeking a Foreman to join our team! In this role, you will oversee all aspects including equipment maintenance and personnel management. You will be responsible for training employees and ensuring they adhere to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a Foreman or a history of strong leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all employees follow safety regulations
  • Meet with all employees for regular performance reviews
  • Deliver feedback to management
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment
  • Maintain adequate levels of inventory and reorder as needed
  • Create employee schedules
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to operate equipment
  • Knowledge of the ground maintenance industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and crisis management skills
  • Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations
