Job Description:
The porter/groundskeeper provides basic light maintenance functions and cleaning for the property. The porter/groundskeeper is charged with providing exceptional service by maintaining the grounds and property with high curb appeal.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation
At least 6 months experience working as a Porter and/or Grounds-keeper for residential or commercial properties is required or like experience.
Must be able to work in a fast pace outdoor environment.
Must be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Areas that the technician may need to address are:
Painting
Janitorial duties
Housekeeping
Landscape maintenance
Excellent customer service
