Title: Summer Intern - Product Consulting
Location: Troy, MI Hybrid (target 25% in office)
Reports to Title: Jack Dolan - Vice President - Product Quality Performance Improvement

The Role:

Direct & supportive engagement with Automotive Manufacturers in New Product Development oriented towards incorporating Voice of Customer feedback into products and processes. Activities include customer data analysis, new product evaluation, assessment development, solution suggestions, and report creation & presentation. This is a very impactful and rewarding activity that connects the intern with creating better products at our clients.

Interns will build empathy for the voice of the customer which will complement their skillset in nearly every area of their future careers. As we measure what customers say and do, we strive for the creativity and flexibility that comes from the interns that support us, ensuring that we are continuously working in the very best ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Detailed focus on Palantir AI Implementation Activity + Consulting Support
    • Learn the Palantir - J.D. Power applications and utilize Data Science Background to construct tools , analyze results, and create new data associations
    • Organize and analyze the customer data creating insights and observations for our clients
    • Assess new product both physically and virtually
    • Organize the analysis through report creation and presentation

Qualifications:

      • Enrolled in an accredited University or College in: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Design, Human Factors, Research, or other studies
