Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students, targeting speech articulation, language development, and munication skills.
  • Develop engaging and innovative activities that align with educational objectives and student growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and municate effectively with team members and families.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio state license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy is a valuable asset.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating effective therapy interventions.
  • Strong munication skills for successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
