Inventory Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory processes in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies. This role requires a commitment to our corporate mission, collaboration with colleagues, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store stock appropriately in inventory locations, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and using a 6 ft. step ladder.
• Maintain department stockrooms and inventory programs using Microsoft Office and SAP software.
• Conduct regular inventories and ensure adequate stock levels to support various projects.
• Track order statuses and maintain real-time visibility of inventory movements.
• Support emergency part procurement and follow-up through delivery.
• Obtain quotes from local, national, and international vendors/distributors for purchasing needed parts, including searching for alternate suppliers.
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP for parts/materials orders.
