Qualifications for Success:

• Master's degree in School Counseling and a valid Virginia counseling certificate.
• Strong clinical and counseling skills grounded in ethical practice.
• Excellent communication,collaboration,and problem-solving abilities.
• Cultural competency and the ability to connect with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• A passion for student success and a commitment to making a positive difference in the community.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
