As a Consultant, Future of Work on TheEdge team, you will use your past product or tech experience to educate and consult with clients, sales teams, internal and external partners to show them the cutting 'edge" of innovation and its impact. This specialized team is the result of an incredible people incubation project combining high tech, presentation skills, and the most amped up creative minds to serve the clients and partners of ADP. Under our brand, "Always Designing for People", ADP has built amazing innovation labs, award winning tech in AI, Data and more and driven new innovation around how employers attract, develop and retain their people. Ah yes, the details and specific RESPONSIBILITIES HR wants us to include:

  • Consult with field sales on sales strategy.
  • Support sales teams in assigned geographic area of responsibility to meet their assigned product sales quotas.
  • Acts as the product liaison to Marketing.
  • Assists in creation of sales messaging deployment.
  • Assists with digital messaging creation and production.
  • Assists with sales education and coordinates training efforts relative to Future of Work Trends and product alignment.
  • Create and deploy industry knowledge within their geographic area of responsibility.
  • Travels to different geographic areas to participate in joint prospect meetings as the ADP thought leader liaison.
  • Report market information regarding competitors' efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field.
  • Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, digital sales, operations, marketing, etc.)
  • Drive involvement of ecosystem partners in sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on activity standards and referral activity, partner updates and campaigns
  • Communication: Provide progress update to Sr. Sales Leadership.
  • Deliver market facing presentations leveraging technology along with industry and product knowledge.
  • Provides recruiting assistance when sourcing, selecting, and training of sales professionals l.
  • Drive market adoption in trade shows and client events as needed.
  • Up to 30% travel required, including overnights.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Reports to Director Future of Work

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ experience in a product marketing or management notably in Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Talent, WFM, AI, HCM, Analytics or UX design.
  • Candidate Must be US citizen.
  • Candidate can be based anywhere in the USA

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

 

  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
  • Online Certifications in HCM, Data Science or related fields.
  • Expertise in Human Capital Management leadership
  • Strong understanding of technology and the ability to leverage in consultative client settings.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and AWESOME presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally is essential.
  • Ability to generate and implement concepts, ideas, and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment is necessary.
  • Must be a strong team player. Cannot stress this enough.
  • Must like people. Also, must be likeable.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
