Summary:

The Sales Enablement Coordinator provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. This role will provide leadership and management of the RFP response as well as manage the conference registration processes. Partnering with the sales team, the Sales Enablement Coordinator will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions and taking ownership of certain elements of the day to day sales process in order to support sales reps in their efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Manage process to ensure timely and accurate completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and Request for Quote (RFQ):
  • Set up checklist
  • Assign duties/deadlines
  • Set up response template
  • Complete response forms
  • Communicate response process – if it's to be mailed, keep in mind due date for printing and shipping. If it's a digital submission, make sure we have access to the site well in advance of due date to avoid last minute problems
  • Manage the process/people to confirm all deadlines are met on time
  • Mail/upload the response at least one day before due date
  • Maintain RFP files in Teams
  • Maintain RFP response library
  • Maintain Conference Schedule Daily
  • Register Attendees and Pay for Conferences
  • Pay via check request or credit card
  • Send memo: Attendees, Sponsorship, Meals
  • Send cost to Vice President of Sales for approval to register
  • Collect W9
  • Monitoring Conference Supplies and notify when items are needed
  • Create Job for print materials, Quote and invoice
  • Packing conference booth
  • Responsible to Ship and the Return of Conference Booth
  • Maintain Conference Data Folders
  • Vet Conference attendee list
  • Email list to Sales Enabling Department/Marketing/Sales Rep
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Complete and demonstrate a full understanding of ongoing training concepts and applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Proficient in sales tools such as: Salesforce, Outreach, Showpad, Regie and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
