Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator, Req. 2128

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking and evaluating project activities, material inventory and budgetary constraints for successful project completion.

Essential Functions:
* Coordinating tasks related to PIF programs.
* Compile or provide input for project status reports.
* Coordinate and maintain the project schedule via MS Project.
* Stay abreast of the project activities in an effort to conduct and document meetings as required.
* Work with Project Lead to identify and resolve project problems (drawings issues, resource issues, etc.).
* Work with Project Lead to coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented.
* Prepare price quotes for projects and track inventory of material.
* Support proposal related task and analysis as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.


Education:
* Bachelors in Science in Business, Technical or equivalent field required; Masters preferred

Experience:
* Minimum of two years project coordination/management or equivalent defense experience required; five years preferred
* Five years in defense industry preferred
* MS Office experience required; MS Project preferred
