Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, maintenance, and carpentry work.
• Perform inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and expenses.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesman in property management or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to property maintenance.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
