Warehouse Supervisor
Ready to take your leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor someplace new? Consider this full-time Warehouse Supervisor opportunity with a leading manufacturing supply chain company located in the NW Indianapolis area.
This growing manufacturing supply chain is adding a Warehouse Supervisor to their team. This company takes pride in providing solutions in assembly, sub-assembly, warehousing, and supply chain management for their customers.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with their Operations Manager and other team members to ensure operational excellence in their warehouse.
This direct hire opportunity offers a full-time schedule Monday through Friday with occasional weekends along with generous benefits, potential for career growth and development.
Warehouse Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Train and oversee use of equipment, material handling, shipping/receiving & safety/quality standards
- Coordinate and monitor daily activities of warehouse team
- Ensure production, safety and quality goals are met
- Apply and implement 5S principles
- Monitor and expedite workflow
- Complete cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
Work Schedule: 7 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as necessary)
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 1-2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience overseeing shipping/receiving, inventory and part or component picking
- Must have adequate computer skills such as Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficiency working in ERP system
- Experience or knowledge with 5S/lean manufacturing concepts
Pay Range: $60K - $65K plus benefits
