Are you have experience operating liquid and gas chemical fluid equipment? do you love troubleshooting and industrial maintenance? This position could be for you. 96 bi-weekly hours in 4 weekly 12 hour shifts, rotating through night and day shifts, in a 7 Day a week operation.

The work is both physically and mentally challenging, and The person in this position operates industrial vessels at Trinity Oaks Tyler plant that converts prepared post-consumer and industrial plastic into specialty chemicals, raw material to make new resin, Several kinds of fuel, and materials for shingles and asphalt,
Best candidates will have several years experience as a hands on industrial machine operator, with heavy industrial maintenance experience. Plant Turn around experience helpful
This is a local position, working in one plant - long term - not a temporary position, in a plant with years of work in the pipeline.
Operates 4-12 hour shifts per week in 24/7 operation, must be able to work any shift night or day.
Operates Plants converting waste plastic into fuel.
- Boiler assembly and disassemble, service boilers
- conduct Quality Tests as directed
- Follow product schedule
- Perform basic boiler operations/chemical testing of boilers, and boiler maintenance
- Conduct advanced preventative and specific plant maintenance tasks
- Perform PMAC production, including troubleshooting of production operations
- Assist with troubleshooting of all plant operations
Able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders, steps and scaffolding in an industrial environment
Skills and Abilities required
- Skills Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of processing procedures for plastic processing
- Demonstrate knowledge of plant laborer functions
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the chemistry and properties of plastic creation and destruction, and asphalt creation
- Familiar with plant monitoring and operating software
- Familiar with OSHA safety standards for gas plant operators
- The ability to adhere to the company Safety and Loss Prevention Program is a must.
Education
- Some college helpful
- Formal Skilled trade experience, up to Journeyman experience would be good
