What are the responsibilities of an Office Assistant?

The primary responsibility for this position is Data Entry and Data Tracking. This position will act as a liaison connecting sales, customer service and management. By tracking, updating, and maintaining a variety of documents shared between management and ownership, you will be a key element in the day-to-day workflow. Providing this information in a timely and organized fashion is the key to successfully operating at this position.

What we are looking for in who we hire:

· Strong Data Entry skills

· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

· Computer literacy

· Proficiency in Outlook, Google Suite, and MS Office (MS Excel and Word, in particular)

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· Prior experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant or secretary would be a plus

· Strong recruiting skills and phone skills would also be a bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm.

Compensation: Bi-weekly pay. 40-hour work week. $15.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience.
