Workers' Compensation Paralegal

GMA is a medium-sized law firm with a concentration in Workers' Compensation and Plaintiff's Personal Injury, with offices located in Richmond and Virginia Beach. We are growing our WC Team! We are seeking a responsible, confidential, and intelligent person to join our dynamic team as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal, based in our Richmond office. We are looking for a bright, energetic, well-organized, and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include: knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills; good writer; ability to type 50+ words per minute; strong planning, organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Education and Experience: MUST have at minimum 1 year of experience working as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal. BS or BA degree preferred, but comparable experience will be considered. GMA offers great potential to grow, both personally and professionally!

Spanish speaking is a plus!

This is a full-time, in-office position.
