Senior CNC Milling Machinist

Leading Mentor, OH manufacturer has immediate openings for 2nd shift CNC Milling Machinist due to expansion. Great career growth opportunities in a nice work environment.

Duties:

• Operate CNC Milling Machines (Vertical and Horizontal, 3 and 4 axis, etc.)
• Load raw material with assistance of overhead crane as needed
• Enter programs, verify tooling and offsets, and cycle cutting sequence
• Complete first part inspection
• Find zero and reference points
• Locating and fixturing parts
• Troubleshoot low level issues and maintain production

Requirements include:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Previous CNC Machine Operator experience
• Sheet metal background preferred.
