This position is located in Dublin, OH.

EasyIT is in growth mode and expanding our tech services team. We have an opening for a skilled Desktop Technician to perform remote desktop support and systems/server administration. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. The individual selected will join our Client Services team. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver and has a proven track record of working within a team environment to successfully address challenging user computing issues, and is accustomed to perpetually developing their technical skillset.

EasyIT (www.easyit.com) is a Columbus Ohio based IT Managed Services and Outsourcing company in our 24th year of business. We have been recently recognized as a "Fast 50" central Ohio company by Business First. We fill the role of the outsourced IT department for over 50 small to mid-sized businesses mostly based in Central Ohio. We manage our client's technology assets, deploy and upgrade systems and provide soup to nuts systems support. We operate a business hours helpdesk and provide on call support along with engineering and VCTO services.

Position Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of desktop support experience
Active Directory administration experience
Knowledge of the following technologies
Windows 10/11 desktop support
Office 365 administration
Intune
Workstation setup and configuration
Spyware/virus infection cleanup
Basic hardware configuration

Other requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users
- Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem-solving and exceptional customer service
- Must be well-spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable and flexible
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- Clean criminal background and driving check
- Reliable transportation
