Required Candidate Skills:
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
· Willingness, curiosity, and aptitude for learning new software platforms and systems.
· Appropriate etiquette and willingness to engage with current and prospective customers over the telephone or in person with a professional, outgoing demeanor.
· High school diploma or higher education diploma
Preferred Candidate Skills:
· Willingness and aptitude to participate and/or lead efforts to create new processes and systems that enhance internal organization and responsiveness to project tasks.
· A willingness to learn new skills and software applications (MS Excel, for example).
· Interest in using their skills to engage in onsite, in-person meetings with prospective clients.
· Some experience with construction projects.
Core Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming/intake of current or prospective client inquiries via telephone or in-person.
· Request and document basic information to qualify prospective client’s project needs and document within database.
· Create client project folders and obtain required project information as necessary.
· Track client project in company project tracking software.
· Follow up with company personnel on required tasks assigned to them to maintain timely project inputs.
· Assist company personnel in drafting proposals.
· Provide ad hoc support for company personnel as necessary such a securing permits, ordering products for projects, etc.
· Maintain customer files, database and other project elements.
· Other duties as management may develop based upon demonstrated aptitude.
