What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a Video Producer to support our marketing and communications efforts across platforms. This role will:

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content, including things like: 2-3 minute promotional videos for web, Product B-Roll, testimonial videos, digital ad campaigns, Short-form & long-form social media content, Video Podcasting/Livestreams and Tutorial Videos.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, framing, and editing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing.
  • Optimize video content for distribution across various platforms, including our website, blog posts, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor the performance of video content and ad campaigns, and use analytics and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Working with our users, partners and even our internal team to gather interview-style video content, in collaboration with the broader marketing team.


What We Need

  • Experience in video content marketing, editing/producing, or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing previous video editing work
  • Expertise in video editing systems, primarily with Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Able to record clean audio and produce professional-sounding edits (Adobe Audition)
  • Working proficiency with studio cameras, DLSR cameras, iPhone videography, sound, and lighting equipment
  • Skilled at motion graphic creation (Adobe After Effects, experience with Figma is a plus)
  • Experience in creating content for various social media platforms, but especially YouTube
  • The ability to edit video and audio content in a time effective manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to outline or script video content projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously


*While we are a remote first company, candidates for this role must have the ability to commute to the Louisville, Kentucky (where we’re headquartered), for once monthly content shoots.


What Would Be Awesome (But Isn’t Required)

  • Understanding of video analytics, particularly video views and viewer retention
  • A working knowledge of SEO best practices for video
  • Experience producing, shooting or hosting livestreams
