Job Description

The Marketing Manager for the Atzenohffer Auto Family is responsible for keeping our marketing efforts; on brand, on time, and on target while growing our online reputation and creating for opportunities for sales and service. 

The Marketing Manager for Atzenhoffer Auto family will;

  • Develop and manage the organization's digital content strategy, including but not limited to; website content, social media campaigns, online ads and promotional materials. 
  • Create and execute innovative SEO strategies to drive traffic to the organization's websites 
  • Monitor website analytics and utilize data to create actionable insights and recommendations
  • Use analytics tools to optimize content and website for search engines 
  • Manage online media campaigns, including budgeting, optimizing, and tracking.
  • Reputation management
    • plan and implement strategies that consistently drive positive reviews to all of the organizations publicly displayed review spaces 
    • respond to all reviews recieved
  • Manage Atzehoffers CO-OP accounts with our manufacturer partners 
    • Become expert on CO-OP rules, polices, and guidelines 
    • Work with our Advertising Agency to ensure all CO-OP opportunities are being utilized 
    •  
    • Work with The Automotive Ad Agency to ensure all CO-OP opportunities are filed correctly with the manufacturers, filing those personally that fall outside of The Auto Advertising Agencies purview.
    • Manage Atzenhoffer’s Point of Sale (P.O.S) materials
      • Ensure all P.O.S materials (both internally developed and OEM provided) are promptly and properly displayed through out the dealership
      • Manage the marketability of our customer facing facilities
    • Develop Digital Content Strategy & Creation
      • Develop content strategy that aligns with the dealership’s goals of growing our followers and reach
      • Create content at a consistent pace to keep our social media channels, and website consistently full
    • Content Publishing
      • Publish content within the time timetable that supports the dealership’s strategy
    • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
      • Develop a list of KPI’s that tell the story of the dealerships digital performance
        • Report those metrics to management both weekly and monthly
    • Advertising Agency – Management
      • Assist in holding our advertising agency to account in terms of campaign implementation, and time promises.
      • Provide TAAA assistance from our end as needed.
    • Manage sponsorship and community involvement opportunities that forward our reputation in the community
