Line Cook

Overview:

As a line cook, you will play a crucial role in the culinary team, responsible for crafting signature menu items with precision and care. Your passion and dedication for cooking and quality will contribute to the success of our establishment!

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including donuts, pastries, sandwiches, and other baked goods, follwing established resumes and standards.
2. Operate kitchen equiptment, such as ovens, fryers, grills, and mixers.
3. Manitain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
4. Monitor inventory levels and replenish ingredientsas needed to support daily production demands.
5. Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate timing and ensure smooth execution during peak hours.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
• Ability to mutitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
