Bus Person - Rio Chama Steakhouse

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid/current Food Handler Certification
• Must have valid/current Identification to work in the United States
• Hours may vary therefore must have flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Position Summary: The busser assists in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Bussers must be able to multitask and work in multiple different dining areas in the restaurant, including but not limited to, the kitchen, bar dining area, dining room, patios and private dining rooms. The busser is responsible for removing dirty flatware and glassware from tables, cleaning and resetting tables, keeping beverage glasses full, and bringing guest's needs to the attention of our servers/managers. The busser also assists the bartenders in keeping the bar top clean and tidy between guests seating, removing full bus tubs and replacing with empty bus tubs, emptying the bar dump bucket, getting ice as necessary, and bringing clean glassware to stock the bar. Additionally, the busser assists other restaurant staff, as needed, to provide excellent service for our guests.
