Salary: $17/hr

The On-Site Supervisor oversees daily staffing operations at a client's worksite, ensuring staffing needs are met promptly and efficiently to maintain high client and employee satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail. Please Note: Must be able to speak Nepali and English 


Responsibilities:


Staffing Management:

  • Coordinate with client's management to understand staffing needs.
  • Monitor employee schedules, shift assignments, and attendance.
  • Provide staffing report to make sure the staffing needs are met daily.


Employee Relations:

  • Build positive relationships with on-site employees, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Act as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish strong relationships with client representatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to forecast staffing needs and address potential gaps.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Provide reports and updates on staffing metrics.


Schedule:

  • Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends.
