Essential Functions:

· Process orders from incoming calls, tickets, and emails on aftermarket parts.

· Contact established and new customers to initiate sales as required.

· Work with the Customer Support Manager in the development of sales, promotions, etc. to increase revenue generated from sales of aftermarket parts.

· Improves client references by ensuring proper recording, documentation and closure within our CRM programs.

· Work with Customer Support Manager on monitoring inventory levels, purchase requisitions and sales forecasts.

· Make concerted effort to stay aware of current market pricing through advertisements, catalogs and websites of our competition.

· Participate in ongoing training in the following areas: sales training, phone etiquette, technical training, equipment.

· Work with Customer Support Manager on compilation of materials for use in future development of existing parts catalog and website.

· Follow-up with customers, provide feedback and see requests through to resolution.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

· Call Center experience preferred.

· Sales experience preferred.

· SalesForce knowledge a plus.

· Tanning industry experience a plus.

· Excellent keyboarding skills.

· Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent active listening skills.

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.

· Demonstrate willingness to learn tanning equipment and industry.

· Excellent written communication skills.

· Communicate effectively, set appropriate expectations, and conduct follow-up.

· Document the client contact in accordance with company policy and procedures.

· Demonstrated advanced knowledge of PC operating systems and applications, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Unscheduled Absences (Non-FMLA Time)
