Warehouse Clerk | 2nd shift
Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations? If you're a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and a passion for efficiency, we want YOU to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist!
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in the receipt, storage, production, and distribution of Permanent Fixture items. Reporting to the immediate supervisor, you'll be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including printing, sorting, and distributing orders, maintaining accurate records, scheduling inbound and outbound trailers, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
Job Duties:
- Print, sort, and distribute orders efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and file paperwork for departmental and company records.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and communicate departmental information.
- Schedule inbound and outbound trailers and temporary labor needs.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday Second shift hours (2:30pm – 11:00pm) with occasional deviations based on workload. Flexibility and willingness to work periodic overtime required.
Pay: $16.00-$17.00
Requirements:
- High School diploma preferred, with basic mathematical understanding.
- Proficiency in English required (Spanish a plus).
- Basic understanding of clerical functions related to warehousing and distribution.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, intermediate computer skills (especially in Microsoft Excel),
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
