Responsibilities

  • Assist HVAC technicians and installers in their daily tasks, including but not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
  • Learn and develop skills in hanging ductwork and installing HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians
  • Follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate completion of projects
  • Gain knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and materials used in installation and repair processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and disposal of materials and waste
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for oneself and others
  • Assist in troubleshooting HVAC systems, identifying issues, and contributing to the repair and maintenance process
  • Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to HVAC systems
  • Develop an understanding of HVAC principles, regulations, and industry standards
  • Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism in carrying out assigned tasks

Job requirements
