Job Description

Supervisor/Shift Leader

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent car manufacturer in the Warrenton, GA area, is seeking Supervisor/Shift Leader to join their team! This is a team orientated facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Supervisor/Shift Leader Job Summary:

Pay: $18-$19.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
1. 1st Shift: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
2. 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
3. 3rd Shift: 10:30 pm - 6:30 am

Train and oversee inspectors to endure safety and inspection processes are being followed.
Responsible for timesheets of inspectors.
Inspect parts if needed. 25lbs lifting.
Report pictures of daily paperwork to a designated SQ supervisor via cell phone text.
Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Supervisor/Shift Leader Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required
Previous Supervisor/Shift Leader or machine operator experience is preferred
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
