Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description:Our Executive Chef will be challenged every single day. The person in this position will be responsible for educating and mentoring the kitchen staff, keeping them up to date with any menu adjustments and maintaining consistenttop-qualityingredients in every dish, every time.The Executive Chef must be able to build top line sales and guest counts through the delivery of a competitively superior team. Responsibilities will also include maintaining proper food safety and sanitation procedures are being met.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years minimum as a Executive Chef in an upscale andhigh-volumeatmosphere is a requirement for the Executive Chef
• The Executive Chef must have scratch, authentic Italian cuisine experience
• The Executive Chef must be proficient in achieving financial results
• The Executive Chef must be able to work closely daily with the new GM
• The Executive Chef must be able to work independently
• The Executive Chef should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the operation
