Receptionist / Mail Clerk

 

Position – Receptionist / Mail Clerk

Job Location – West Bend, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Long Term Temporary

Employment Type – Full Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift

Starting Pay – $23-$26/Hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Minimum 1-year switchboard/reception experience is required. Previous mail room environment is desired.

 

Receive and direct incoming telephone calls. Greet customers and contract personnel as requested. Perform all duties related to the accurate and timely dissemination of mail, packages, literature and manuals to and from internal and external customers. Work with the HR Manager to coordinate all office services functions to make certain all areas are staffed and trained appropriately.

 

Responsibilities

- Answer questions from callers as needed.

- Orders and completes inventory for the office supply cabinet.

- Greet customers, candidates, vendors and contract personnel by following safety procedures.

 

Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50#

- Proficient knowledge of MS Office

- High School Diploma/GED
