ITAC, a nationwide design-build firm, is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our team. As the Electrical Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical work on assigned construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards. In addition to managing all electrical work on the job site, you will also be responsible for coordinating with other trades and ensuring that electrical work is integrated seamlessly with other aspects of the project.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical work on assigned construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that electrical work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all electrical work is integrated seamlessly with other aspects of the project and coordinate with other trades as necessary.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and clients on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools necessary for electrical work are available and in good working order.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to electrical work on assigned projects.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are followed on the job site.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrical Superintendent is required, 7 years preferred.
  • As a Foreman or Superintendent, overall experience 12 years minimum
  • Experience managing electrical work on large construction projects.
  • Proficient in electrical codes and standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other trades on the job site.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary.
