Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Minimum 1-year certification program Industrial Maintenance preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-years of experience in Industrial Maintenance performing hydraulic, electrical, pneumatical, and PLC repair preferred. Knowledge of AB, NC, and CNC equipment repair a plus.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Must have good vision, hearing, and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to follow written work instructions. Must be able to multitask. Must be team-oriented and have good communication skills. Must have great attention to detail. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to grip, push, and pull with 80lb strength on a regular basis. Must be able to generate 15lbs of pinch strength on occasion. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical including the ability to wear a respiratory mask when required. Must be able to perform elevated work on a regular basis. Must be able to stand on concrete up to 8 hours. Must be able to operate and be certified on a variety of powered industrial trucks and equipment. Must be able to follow all safety rules and wear all required personal protective equipment. Must be able to pass TPC testing prior to and during employment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Perform advanced mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic (PLC & CNC) trouble shooting and repair, including minor PLC programming and temperature controller programming and set-up.
- Must be able to weld.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair and trouble shoot X-ray equipment.
- Must be able to read mechanical and electrical blueprints and produce mechanical and electrical blueprints reflecting modifications to equipment or in house produced equipment.
- Be familiar and trained in LOTO, Confined Space, Bloodborne Pathogen, Fall Protection, and other OSHA and company requirements the pertain to different tasks you will be assigned.
- Must be able to perform some minor welding for repair to some jobs.
- Work on projects with special instructions, which require minimal supervision.
- Must be able to complete all four levels of training in accordance with company policy and collective bargaining agreements.
