• Be a hands-on and dedicated leader that strives for continuous improvement.
• Although the primary focus is housekeeping and laundry, your leadership will be counted on for all hotel aspects in providing exceptional service by developing & coaching.
• The Housekeeping team is paramount in the success of the operation and guest service scores so we must achieve and exceed quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• With your positive and can-do attitude, you are the role model for quality assurance and best practices by leading your team to exceed all QA visit measurables.
• Delivering on key metrics of service, cost controls (including labor), and team engagement by leading by example is key to your success.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience with proven leadership success.
• Hotel experience preferred.
