ARI provides outsourced Accounting and Human Resources services to both businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the Northeast. We effectively replace all, or part our clients accounting function on a permanent basis.

Over the past several years we have more than doubled in both revenue and personnel. This is attributed to our superior client services, and the one true asset at ARI- our staff.

Key Technical Skills:

• A strong understand of the monthly closing process
• Financial statements preparation, review and analysis
• A good understanding of accrual accounting and the year-end audit process
• Identify and address accounting issues with initiative and conceptual judgment
• Review work product for quality and timeliness.
• Manage day-to-day client responsibility, addressing inquiries, and maintaining work papers.
• Complete month-end closing process, analyze/reconcile general ledger accounts.

What we look for:

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
• Experience in a client/customer-facing organization
• Experience working with multiple clients preferred
