Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction
• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria

Qualifications:

• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
