Team Cutters in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join their customer-focused and results-driven team.

As a Hair Stylist, you will help create lasting impressions by providing exceptional services to clients. You will utilize your expertise and knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and product selection to create unique styles that fit each client’s personality and lifestyle. $45,000 commission based

• Provide hair services including cuts, coloring, texture services, perming, styling, and other services
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Ensure client satisfaction by offering exemplary customer service
• Educate and inform clients on hair care and styling techniques
• Follow safety and health regulations when working with clients
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the salon
• Preparation and closing tasked for the days work
• Balance multiple clients with effective time management

• Alaska State Hairdresser License or another US states license that can be transferred (we will help facilitate the license transfer from another US state)
