Qualifications

3-5 years Construction Accounting Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Problem-solving abilities

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities

Efficient multi-tasker

Responsibilities

Audit jobs slated for closure

Account reconciliations

Stock requisitions

Prequalification submissions for customers

Assisting with annual non-discrimination testing (401k, pension and ESOP plans)

Complete credit applications for vendors

Preparation of some annual returns (1099, 1095-C and related forms)

Light human resource responsibilities such as worker comp claims

An employee-owned interior renovation and fit-out contractor serving clients throughout central Ohio is seeking a Senior Accountant. In this role, you will be working closely with the CFO. The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in our accounting operations, providing accurate financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This company provides complete commercial renovation and specialties installation services for medical, commercial office, industrial, retail, education, distribution, manufacturing, data center and headquarters facilities.

With over 50 years in the building industry, we have completed over 16,000 projects and worked in most of the buildings in the Columbus skyline.
