NRGUSA is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to work full time for our client in Commack. This individual will perform administrative work and provide excellent customer service.
Position Summary:
• You'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients throughout their journey with us
• Be the initial point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
• Assisting patients with appointments, insurance benefits, and accurate information
• Creating patient folders, handling paperwork, and maintaining accurate records
• Managing appointments for existing patients, ensuring continuity of care
• Fostering a warm and welcoming environment, delivering personalized experiences
• Tracking and reporting patient numbers, contributing valuable insights
• Maintain a high level of care and quality experiences for new patients
• Maximizing downtime by calling patients to confirm appointments and reactivating inactive patients
Requirements:
- Background and interest in Health and Wellness
- Proficiency in Microsoft
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
