Job Description
Geodesicx, Inc. is in search of a Program Manager to join our team in the Norfolk, VA area.

The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of program support services for various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Command and Control (C2) systems across multiple platforms supporting Department of Defense end users. The role includes managing project personnel, scheduling work, writing proposals, preparing bids, and ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

  • Oversee the preparation of all documentation associated with assigned programs in accordance with NAVSUP Publication P723, NAVSUP Internal Control Aids (ICA), and NAVSUP Lines of Effort (LOE).
  • Manage business operations in accordance with the NAVSUP P723, NAVSUP ICA, and NAVSUP LOE, ensuring compliance with program operational requirements and system-specific addendums.
  • Coordinate and manage the project team to control and track performance and goals in terms of costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Lead the acquisition logistics functions, including provisioning, obsolescence management, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage (DMSMS), configuration management, maintenance requirements card development, technical documentation development, inventory stocking level demand management, and supportability analysis of engineering change documentation.
  • Supervise project personnel, schedule work, write proposals, and prepare bids in compliance with FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including NAVSUP, NIWC Atlantic, and other government and military entities.

Experience Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
  • Eight (8) years of direct work experience to include design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation in support of performance-based logistics and depot level repair programs.
  • Experience in supervising project personnel and/or teams, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline
