Position Overview:

Responsibilities include:

Sales Development:
- Manage and develop assigned sales territory and accounts.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to maximize growth.
- Achieve territory revenue, channel, and destination goals.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and grow new opportunities within the luxury consortia segment.
- Obtain more than our fair share of business from the shared accounts with our competitors.
- Maintain an annual sales plan for the assigned territory, accounts, and business channels.
- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- The DOS Luxury is a highly individualized role requiring the ability to work independently and strategically.
- Direct customer engagement is critical; develop sales call patterns and agency/advisor engagement strategies that allow for maximum territory penetration.
- Work with Field Sales/BDM’s to effect on the ground strategies with targeted accounts.
Client Servicing:
- Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Work with internal departments to ensure timely engagement.
- Communicate effectively to create a win-win situation for client and CV.
- Maintain and update account profiles, ensuring accurate database management.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and account development.
- Insure detailed information is provided relevant to new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated expertise in luxury sales within the travel industry, with a strong network of contacts and a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Territory Management: Experience managing complex and diverse territories and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop trust and rapport with customers.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or Communications preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated, collaborative but works well independently, energetic, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools (Tableau preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
Terms of Employment:
- Hours: Full–Time Employment. 40+ hours per week
- Pay rate: Annual Salary, Depending on Experience + Annual Bonus, Depending on Company and Individual Performance.
