$16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints
- Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay
- Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed
- Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager
- Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position
- Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role
- Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
- Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired
- Afternoon and weekend availability is required as this position would primarily be a second shift
