Job description: Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking CNA’s for contract work.
CONTRACT DETAILS: Weston, WV
  1. 6 month contract
  2. start date will be 01/29/2024 and 02/12/2024
  3. 12-hour shifts, 20 hours overtime if needed
  4. CNAs must have at least one year of acute psychiatric nursing experience
Requirements:
  1. Application/Resume
  2. Background check and fingerprinting (WV Cares determination letters and final registry results)
  3. 10 panel Drug Screening
  4. WV Acknowledgement Form
  5. OIG Exclusions Database Search
  6. APS/CPS Form
  7. Recent Vaccinations-within a 2 year time frame (Flu, 2 PPDs, MMR, Varicella, HEP B series or titer, Tdap-must have proof of all)
  8. Covid Vaccine or Exemption (When received, the exemption will be submitted
  9. CPR (American Heart Association-BLS Only)
  10. Physical/Physician Statement
