Tech Support Specialist II

Responsibilities:

• Understands Windows 10 and/or 11 imaging
• Some Audio/Video experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Great understanding of Adobe & Microsoft O365 suites
• Great customer service skills
• Good people person
• Speaks clearly and has a friendly demeanor
• Experience with: Windows, conferencing, imaging, audio/visual, O365 applications,
• Ability to work after hours and/or weekends, if needed, for on-call rotation, system upgrades/replacements, storm tech support, etc.
• Great work ethic
