Qualifications

1-3 years of Bookkeeping Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (will consider comparable experience)

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities

Proficiency in accounting software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Employee advances spreadsheet maintenance

Deposits for materials

Petty cash

Credit cards expense tracking

Enter invoices

Process checks and one time use credit cards

Assist with notices, waivers

An employee-owned interior renovation and fit-out contractor serving clients throughout central Ohio is seeking a Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be working closely with the CFO. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in our accounting operations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This company provides complete commercial renovation and specialties installation services for medical, commercial office, industrial, retail, education, distribution, manufacturing, data center and headquarters facilities.

With over 50 years in the building industry, we have completed over 16,000 projects and worked in most of the buildings in the Columbus skyline.
