Hotel Breakfast Attendant

You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours

Qualifications:

• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
